  Positive experience for first time my fiance' and I had been at any Chili's!!! We were seated right away. Server Rebecca was very pleasant and informative. Food was great! First time I have been to any restaurant and the house salad was not just iceberg lettuce and dressing. Actually had spinach, kale , tomatoes, cukes, carrots and cheese was delicious. Would recommend this place! Kudos to Chili's!!!

  To be honest food was decent, however, customer services greatly reduces the experience. The male server for us wasn't paying attention to his tables, including ours. I had to flag him down several times just for napkins, drinks, boxes etc. For a business based on customer services this restaurant I found lacking. My only other complaint was ordering the appetizer nachos, but was charged full price large nachos. By this point I was so jaded with the customer service I paid anyways without argument just so my wife and I could leave expeditiously.

  Waiter was nice. We came in 5 minutes before they quit serving, the bartender had already shut everything down and complained greatly about giving us a beer. Cook got things wrong. It was very obvious they wanted us out of there as fast as possible. I felt bad for the waiter. If you quit serving at 9, and someone comes in at 8;55, give them good service or turn them away. You can tell it's corporate and the workers don't care, except the waiter we had, you could tell he felt bad at the treatment we received.

  Waited way too long to be seated. We were also confused whether it was a seat ourselves or wait to be seated because there is no obvious sign. Waiter also became annoyed when we asked for a booth instead of a table. Food was great, server was not. She was going way too fast and didn't even realize we needed refills. She also never asked if there's anything else she could get us. Very disappointing. The food though was absolutely amazing.
